Lukas Koch-Ruchay
Urban Data Expert and Head of City Intelligence, DKSR
Lukas Koch-Ruchay is an expert in the field of urban data and data analysis. He is a generalist and above all an urbanist who develops new data-based solutions for planners and decision-makers in cities and regions. His consulting focus is on data-based use case development, explorative data analysis and visualization. Mr. Koch-Ruchay has been a consultant at the Data Competence Center for Cities and Regions DKSR since March 2021. Previously, he worked as a research associate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering (IAO) and at the University of Stuttgart at the Institute of Human Factors and Technology Management (IAT) in the business area of urban system design. He holds an M. Eng in Geoinformation and Public Works and a B. Sc in Smart Building Engineering and Management.
