Tomáš Vácha is Head of the Innovation and International Cooperation Department at Operátor ICT, where he contributes to the development of Smart Prague projects. He focuses on co-creating and testing urban innovations with the involvement of key stakeholders, transferring trends and best practices into the city environment, and leading innovation teams. He has extensive experience with international innovation projects and with Prague’s collaboration with European cities and research organisations. He also works as a researcher at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where his research focuses on the social and organisational aspects of urban innovation projects and Smart Cities.
