Václav Novotný
Head of the Office of Transport Infrastructure, IPR Prague
Václav Novotný is a transport planner and head of the Office of Transport Infrastructure at the Prague Institute of Planning and Development, where he focuses on sustainable mobility planning and consultancy, parking strategies and alternative propulsion. He is a former Fulbright Fellow with the Regional Plan Association in New York, licensed transport infrastructure engineer with ČKAIT, a certified road safety auditor, and also teaches a bit at the Faculty of Transportation Sciences of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
